Help Robert, Dean, and Badger Drive On

Hello my name is Robert, retired Army Veteran currently working in the non for profit field helping homeless individuals. I am trying to get assistance with the repair for my Jeep. Due to the dealership stating that I needed a replacement on my engine the cost would be $16,000. I went to a local mechanic who was able to say the cost of repairs would be at $4,000 the Jeep is the only way I'm able to get to work I work with homeless individuals on Long Island and my way of seeing my son Dean during my time with him. every little bit helps and I appreciate any assistance people can offer. My pup Badger appreciates it too as it's his way to get to the dog park.
