Help Robert Fight Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Hi, my name is Kelin Serrano, and I’m raising funds for my stepdad, Robert Pineda, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in August 2025.

Robert is a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

Someone who’s always put others first. He has never asked for anything, but he’s the kind of man who would give you his last dollar if you needed it. He brings light and joy wherever he goes — always strong, always smiling.

Just before the diagnosis, Robert was getting ready to retire and return to his homeland, El Salvador, with his wife Lilian, where he dreamed of starting a TikTok travel channel to share his adventures with the world. But all those plans came to a sudden halt when we received the heartbreaking news.

Since then, Robert has undergone multiple hospitalizations. The treatments will be intense physically, emotionally, and financially; however, our family is doing everything we can to support him and stay united.

We are reaching out for help from anyone who feels moved to support Robert in this battle. With whatever your heart decides or just a share, anything you can give will help us focus on what really matters: helping Robert fight and heal.
