Help Robert and family through cancer journey

Hello everybody…a few months ago my Dad was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (a form of a rare and incurable cancer). These last few months my mom has been coordinating all of my dads medication, appointments, and hospital bills. It’s been affecting us as a family…the fear of losing a loved one starts to set in…it’s a feeling that I don’t wish upon anybody. This journey has been rough but thankfully with the support of those who know and with the mercy of God…we’ve been able to stay afloat. This upcoming November my dad will be undergoing a procedure that helps him live a longer life which means he’ll be around us for longer. This procedure will take time and will require both my parents and I to have to take time off from work. I’ll be the one driving my parents to San Francisco and back. We will need to be there for an entire week due to the numerous tests that need to be performed prior to his procedure. After the tests are finished, he will be admitted to the hospital in San Francisco the following week or two to get his procedure taken done. After it’s done, he we will be under hospital supervision for 3 weeks. During these next two or three months we’ll be going back and forth to San Francisco to be able to get the care my dad needs. We’ll be having to look for baby sitters for my brother and also have to leave our dogs with the vet in the mean time. My mom spoke with the Dr to see how long recovery will be and she said the Dr said the recovery time for this transplant will be 3-6 months. My dad is a janitor for the school district. They allow him 100 days of missed work before letting him go which means eventually he will be without a job. My parents have worked hard in this world and unfortunately I can only help them out so much financially. I wanted to try and raise as much money as I can to help them with their finances over the next few weeks so that they will be less stressed and that they’re able to focus more on getting my dads health back on track. So I’m turning to all of our loved ones for help. My parents are struggling right now and it breaks my heart to see their health deteriorate…if you’re able to donate I’d really appreciate it. If you’re unable to donate, if you can share this link…that would mean the world to me. I’ve calculated an estimate of how much hotel costs, missed work, babysitters, gas, food, and dog care would be for the next few months…and I’m hoping I can get close to that to cover our expenses during my dads journey…I appreciate it all of you so much for continuing to support my family through this and I just ask you all to keep my parents in prayers please. Only God really knows how much they need it…my parents don’t know I’m doing this but they aren’t the type to ask for help so I’m doing this for them in hopes that it truly allows them to just breathe even if it’s for a few weeks. Since the beginning we’ve been unsure over my dads future and thanks to this procedure, there’s a chance he can live up to 20 more years…thank you all for your time and again thank you for the support.
