I'm Rob Williams and this is the last thing we wanted to do, but the situation is dire. Our furnace was deadlined with a danger, do not use tag. $6000 is what it will cost to replace it. That is the price given to us by the warranty company. I have had the boiler close to 25 years; it was 10 years old when I bought it. I haven't had the warranty service long enough for them to replace it outright, but they offered to replace it at a wholesale cost. Otherwise, it would cost upwards of $12-15,000. Right now, we are staying warm with a combination of electric and kerosene heaters. Winter is just getting started. We truly don't have the funds and can't get the financing. Trust and believe these funds will only be used for the furnace (boiler).

There are two organizations willing to help us and we have to come up with the difference.
