I recently had surgery on my right foot, and the doctor had to put in screws to secure my joints. Unfortunately, one of the screws broke, so I was put back into a boot and now need another surgery to remove the broken screw, put in a new one, and add a metal plate. I can't work my current job until my foot is fixed. My short-term disability was used up after the first surgery, and now my company is allowing me medical leave, but it's without pay. I'll be out for 12 weeks of rehabilitation with no income. It's just me and my little dog, and I have no other income until I'm healed and cleared to return to work.

Any funds I receive will go toward my rent, groceries, medical bills, car payment, and food for my little dog, Shelby. These essentials will help me stay afloat while I recover and am unable to work.
