Help Rob Kelley with his Spinal Treatment

Hello everyone. My name is Robert Kelley and I go by Rob or Robbie and I am only 30 years old. 6 Years ago I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease which runs heavily in my family. In short my condition is in my L5/S1 part of my spine which is toward the very bottom of the spine. This pain is caused by my disc bulging into a nerve cluster. Because of this Spinal condition much of the normal activities for most people I am unable to do be it sports, hiking and even working. I have not been able to work because of this. I am forced each and every day to take a pain medicine called Tramadol for me to be able to even function during the day because of the severity of the pain this condition is causing.
I am also a Diabetic. The combination of my back condition and the pain it causes with the medications I take causes me a lot of anxiety and depression.
My mother is a cancer survivor and she is immunocompromised and is unable to work due to the Surgery, Chemo and radiation therapy due to the side effects of those treatments.
So I am the only one who is even capable of working and I myself am unable to work currently due to my condition.
I recently found and went to a Clinic called Sound Pain Clinic where they have given me a glimmer of hope into fixing completely my spinal condition that would allow me to be able to do all the normal activities and work like everyone else and also get me off of the Prescription Pain Medicine that I'm forced to take daily and this treatment is surgery free. The treatments they are recommending are decompression of the spine while utilizing a laser treatment to heal the disc.
I have health insurance but they are unwilling to cover the treatment that is needed that would 100% fix my spinal condition.
The pain clinic was generous enough to offer me a discount on the treatments because of my financial situation and my inability to pay for the treatment.
My goal is $12,000 which would cover the full treatment I need from the Sound Pain Clinic which would then allow me to be a regular person pain free and medication free.
In Conclusion these treatments would get me pain free, medication free and help me to deal with the anxiety and depression and even possibly get rid of it entirely.
I also would be able to maintain my diabetic condition more easily by being pain free and able to move around freely.
