Our friend Rob, a dedicated cook and an all-around amazing person, recently experienced a life-changing event. On his way home from work, Rob was involved in a serious car accident on I-95. The crash left him with multiple broken ribs and a severely injured leg. While we’re incredibly grateful that he survived, the road to recovery is going to be long and challenging.

For those who know Rob, you know how passionate he is about his work in the kitchen. He’s always been the kind of guy who puts in extra hours, making sure every dish is prepared with love and care. But due to the extent of his injuries, Rob is going to be out of work for the foreseeable future. He's already undergone surgeries and is facing months of rehabilitation to regain mobility and strength.
