Help Rob Be with Alicia in Her Final Days

My name is Rob Petrie (yes, like the Dick Van Dyke character, if you're old enough to remember). My beautiful Alicia is dying of cancer, and the oncologist called me yesterday to tell me that the tumors in her brain are growing fast, and that her time is limited. Alicia lives in Ypsilanti, MI, and I live in Maryland. We've been conducting a long-distance relationship for the past five years, and were engaged to be married before her cancer diagnosis. I need to go to her sooner rather than later, and cannot stay in her house. I simply cannot afford lodging at $100+ per day. In December, when they first found the lesions in her brain, I went to Ann Arbor for a month, and spent over $1,000 on lodging, which I am still recovering from. I am seeking funding to cover expenses for lodging so that I can be with her in her final days, and need to go soon, while she still retains enough cognitive function to benefit from my presence.
