Dear Community,

I’m doing a fundraiser for my dear dog, River. We are currently removing cancer that we hope has not spread. Basic vet bills for diagnostics, scans, and labs have already added up to $4,000 in this past month. This does not include his upcoming surgery to remove the mass. We are waiting on diagnostics to see why his liver is at a highly abnormal rate, and we could use your support.

Sadly, his pet insurance is fighting me and will not cover any of this. Since this is now a pre-existing condition, I can’t get additional coverage for him.

As many of you know, River has been my copilot in helping clients with anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. He is my world, and I would do anything for this sweet being.
