Hi everyone! I am fundraising for my friend Riva Mitchell Parisi. Riva is a genuine, down-to-earth, extraordinary human being, who elevates everyone she knows. She is a smart, compassionate and devoted nurse on the transplant unit at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. For the past 8 years, she has taken care of her patients as if they were her own family members.
Unfortunately, at just the age of 34, Riva was diagnosed with breast cancer. Now it is her turn to receive the same caliber of care she delivers. There are many procedures and medical expenses that insurance will not cover but are crucial to her journey. This gofundme has been set up to help offset some of those out-of-pocket costs. We hope that this will help her receive the best medical care and bring her back to her family, friends, and patients very soon!
