Hello, my name is Ari! I am Rita’s granddaughter.

My Grammy went to be with Jesus today after a hard fought battle with covid. My Grammy was the most amazing lady, and she has been fighting a battle with her health for the last 4 years after receiving a lung transplant.

Our family will miss her tremendously, but we find comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain and that she has been made new through Jesus.

Due to her having a lung transplant back in 2017, the doctors had her transferred to Dallas last week so she could be close to her transplant team and have the very best care. Because of this, we are not sure exactly what all costs our family will be looking at to bring her home and put her to rest. We do not have any information currently about services yet, but I will update this post as soon as a decision has been made.
