- More than 8 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with a serious kidney disease. Since then, she has been on dialysis continuously, fighting every day to stay alive. This treatment has been very hard on her, both physically and emotionally, but she has never given up. Over the years, she has faced numerous health complications that have led to her being hospitalized on many occasions. Her condition has become increasingly fragile. Two years ago, we went through one of the most difficult times of our lives; my mom nearly died due to medical malpractice. Since then, her health has deteriorated even further, but her fighting spirit has remained intact. Despite everything, my mom keeps going. She is a strong, loving, and brave woman who continues to fight for her life, for her daughters, and for her grandchildren, who love her deeply. Now, her only hope is a kidney transplant. This surgery represents the chance to keep living and to have a better quality of life. Unfortunately, the costs of medical care, medications, tests, and long-term care are very high and will be difficult to cover. That is why we are asking for your support today. - Hace más de 8 años, mi mamá fue diagnosticada con una enfermedad renal grave. Desde entonces, ha estado en diálisis de manera constante, luchando todos los días por mantenerse con vida. Este tratamiento ha sido muy duro física y emocionalmente, pero ella nunca se ha rendido. A lo largo de estos años, ha enfrentado múltiples complicaciones de salud que la han llevado al hospital en numerosas ocasiones. Su estado se ha vuelto cada vez más delicado. Hace dos años, vivimos uno de los momentos más difíciles de nuestras vidas; mi mamá estuvo a punto de morir debido a una mala práctica médica. Desde ese momento, su salud se deterioró aún más, pero su espíritu de lucha se mantuvo intacto. A pesar de todo, mi mamá sigue adelante. Es una mujer fuerte, amorosa y valiente que sigue luchando por su vida, por sus hijas y por sus nietos, quienes la amamos profundamente. Hoy, su única esperanza es un trasplante de riñón. Esta cirugía representa la oportunidad de seguir viviendo y tener una mejor calidad de vida. Sin embargo, los gastos médicos, medicamentos, estudios y cuidados posteriores son muy altos y difíciles de cubrir. Por eso hoy pedimos su apoyo.
