Rip Griffith, our friend, a pioneer in the Wasatch climbing community, a snow science scholar, former UDOT Provo Canyon Forecaster, and general outdoor enthusiast, is in need of financial help. We are requesting donations to fund the shortfall in his medical coverage. The funds will be used to fund the $185 per day copay at his current facility, and pre and post-surgical expenses not covered by Medicare.

Whether skiing in the backcountry to climbing the crags, Rip is an individual everyone enjoys meeting and entering into the discussion. Albeit his opinion is strong, he is always ready to hear your side and begin the debate.
