Rio is our beloved cat who has been part of our family for six years. My girlfriend and I adopted him when we first started dating, and he’s been with us through every high and low since then. Rios is more than just a pet—he’s a constant source of comfort, joy, and companionship. Now, he needs us more than ever.

Recently, Rio developed a life-threatening blockage in his bladder that left him unable to urinate. He’s currently at the vet, waiting for a Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery, which is necessary to save his life. The recovery process will take about three to four weeks, and we’re doing everything we can to make sure he gets the care he needs.

We’re raising funds to help cover the costs we’ve faced over the past week, including exams, hospital stays, and the upcoming surgery.
