Help Ringo with vet bills

My poor baby boy is having some internal issues and trying to get all the testing/ proper treatment so close to rent is killing me!

He’s being throwing up/ pooping blood and it could be minor, it could be major. If you can help at all, anything is appreciated.. Thank you if you took the tome to read
