Help Ringo Get the Urgent Surgery He Desperately Needs

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. Our sweet 6-month-old Springer Spaniel, Ringo, is in urgent need of a second major surgery—and we simply can’t afford it without your support.

Ringo recently suffered a devastating injury to one of his front legs, breaking the bone into three pieces. He has just undergone complex orthopaedic surgery to repair the damage, and we were hopeful he was finally on the road to recovery.

However, during his X-rays, the vets made a worrying discovery—his other front leg has a hairline fissure, a small crack in the bone that is highly likely to fracture without intervention. The only way to prevent another traumatic injury and surgery down the line is to act immediately with preventative surgery.

The estimated cost for this second surgery is £2,500 and we have roughly 8 weeks to get the money together.

We insured Ringo when we brought him home, but the cost of the first emergency surgery has exhausted our annual insurance limit. We weren’t expecting to be in this position again so soon.

Ringo is the sweetest, most loving little pup you could ever meet. He’s full of energy, always wagging his tail, and brings so much joy to our lives especially to Noah who loves him to bits and Ringo adores him back. He deserves the chance to grow up strong and run around with Noah as the two of them grow up together.
