Riley's Road to Recovery

Anyone that knows Audra and Ian, knows and loves their boxer Riley as well. Last week what was thought to be just a sore leg has turned into a true nightmare. Audra and Ian took Riley to the vet to have her leg looked at for what was thought to be a minor injury when she was then admitted to the UF emergency vet hospital for what would end up being a week long stay and possible leg amputation, along with many other complications. 

As of right now, Riley is now out of the hospital but Audra and Ian are looking at daily vet visits for bandage changes and many medicines.  The origin and the long term effects are still unknown . It seems Riley may have an autoimmune disorder.
