Help Riley with bills during surgery recovery

Hi everyone!
On Monday, Sep. 9, I’ll be undergoing laparoscopic surgery on my kidney. The surgery is low-risk and minimally invasive, and my kidney should be completely healthy at the end of my recovery.
What sucks about it though is the projected recovery time—a whopping FOUR WEEKS. During the recovery period, I must rest and will be unable to stand for long periods, move around, bend down, and lift things for four weeks. As someone who works in retail, these activities are all essential to the job, meaning that I will most likely have to miss work for the entire four weeks.
While I luckily have some PTO saved up, I’ll still be missing AT LEAST one full paycheck this month, which will definitely make an impact on my ability to pay for my monthly costs (rent, electric, food, etc) during the month I’m out. Normally, I have too much pride to ask for money (or anything), but I can already tell that this time off will make an impact on the ole bank account.
