Help Riley Overcome Homelessnes & Stay Enrolled at UCSC

My name is Alder and I'm fundraising for Riley, my 22-year-old t4t partner of 5 years, who is a transfemme UCSC student currently facing homelessness, unemployment, and $8k in student debt. She is applying for jobs and attending interviews every single day but has still been unable to secure any employment, without which she remains ineligible for EBT/food stamps and the student loans she needs to be able to get a place to live. Rileys parents gave her a lifetime of coniditional love which finally boiled over last year, causing her parents to cut her off unless she agreed to be admitted to an inpatient mental health program near her home town, ~500 miles away from Santa Cruz. Riley and her therapists agreed that would be a very bad outcome for her, and she has not recieved any support from them since- monetarily or otherwise.

I recieve just under $300 a month for my own food stamp budget, which has run out less than two weeks into each month because it just can't support us both.
