Help Riley Overcome Heartworms and Lyme disease

I adopted Riley 3 years ago and she’s had so many adventures with my family since then.From camping trips to boat rides and roadtrips she’s done it all.This past month we took her in for a routine checkup at her new vet and when they did her bloodwork they found out she contracted a heartworm and lyme disease from more than likely a mosquito/tick bite.It broke my heart knowing she spent the first 3 years of her life in a cage from neglectful owners and I only got to have 3 good years with her before we got this scary diagnosis.Money has been slightly difficult to come by these past few months,after deployment I used all my savings to move cities and pay off some debt so I could spend more time at home with my family.Im in the middle of switching jobs so any unknown pop up charges of course are very hard for me to afford right now,so anything helps!!!
