Hello, my name is Riley Egbert. I am a 18-year-old currently living in Delaware, United States.

In January of 2025, I received notice of my acceptance letter to Temple University, Japan campus. It has been a long-term goal and dream of mine to study abroad in Japan, as I've always appreciated the culture, food, cities, and sights to see.

I am currently majoring in Japanese and minoring in Psychology. I received 13,000 USD in financial aid through Pell Grants, subsidized loans, and unsubsidized loans. Additionally, I recieved a scholarship totalling in 3,000 USD to study at the new Kyoto campus. However, I still need help paying an advanced payment fee, which I owe about 2,500 USD. I also need help paying for living expenses, such as independent housing, food, clothing, medical insurance, travel, and academic items such as textbooks.

Studying abroad has been a dream of mine since I was little, and I have dedicated the past four years of my life to making this dream come true.
