Help Rikk and Jan Beatty Get a Second Car for Medical Appts

Hey folks, I’ve been dealing with heart failure since I was 20 years old, and now I have kidney dialysis on top of that from the diuretics I had to take for the heart failure. I’m getting on the list for both heart and kidney transplants. This requires a lot of doctor's appointments throughout the week, and we only have one car. My wife, Jan, has chemo treatments plus a lot of other doctor's appointments for all of her neurological conditions, and it’s making it completely impossible to do all of our doctor's appointments with just one car due to her appointments being in Seattle and my appointments being anywhere from Centralia to Olympia to Seattle. I know this is like begging, but I just don’t know what else to do. We live on a very tight budget and couldn’t afford to get a car even if we wanted to (which we do!).
