Help Rigo Nava's Family Overcome Legal Challenges

Hello, my name is Rigo Mauricio Nava, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support during a challenging time for my family. On May 7, 2025, my parents encountered a deeply troubling situation that has left us facing serious legal issues. While attempting to retrieve a car that had been repossessed, they were approached by an individual at the counter who exhibited blatant racism. Despite being innocent and doing nothing wrong, they were unfairly treated.

They were directed to wait in a room, completely unaware of the events that would unfold. Later that evening, Immigration officials arrived and detained both of them without any explanation or proper warning. It was a shocking turn of events: they were taken into custody without understanding the reasons behind their detention.

Currently, my mom has been released but is under house arrest, which is a challenging situation for her and the entire family. My dad, unfortunately, remains in a detention center for immigrants, anxiously awaiting his court date. This is an incredibly stressful time for us, and I feel overwhelmed by the circumstances we are facing.

I’ve always tried to solve problems on my own and have hesitated to ask for help. However, this situation is beyond my control. We urgently need financial support to secure legal representation and navigate the complexities of the immigration system. Any assistance, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and would help us work towards resolving these legal challenges.
