Hi,

My name is David, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my dog, Rigby. Last week, he suddenly began experiencing some pretty violent seizures at a frequency that was deemed to be an emergency. He was hospitalized for two days for observation and treated for aspirational pneumonia (which was caused by one of his seizures).

Rigby has since returned home and is doing much better. Unfortunately, we don’t yet know the cause of his seizures or how to properly treat them moving forward. He is scheduled to have an MRI done soon (once his pneumonia clears up) so that we might get answers to those questions.

As you can imagine though, the cost of the procedure is quite expensive and it coupled with his recent hospitalization has left a significant financial burden on me. Once it’s all said and done, I expect his medical expenses to fall between $6,000 and $6,500. 

At the end of the day, Rigby is my baby, and I will do/pay whatever it takes to see him healthy again. Any help lifting that burden is greatly appreciated though.
