Help Rico Overcome His Life-Altering Injuries

My name is Rico Stallworth from Atmore, Alabama, and I'm 31 years old. On January 1, 2023, my whole life changed. I know it's been a year and some months, but I've really been going through a lot due to an accident. On New Year's morning, a classmate of mine had a really bad accident, causing him to hit a light pole. Long story short, I exited my truck to save a friend out of a burning car. After I saved him, I was electrocuted by a downed power line and was knocked unconscious. I suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

I've been going back and forth to the doctor due to my injuries. I was diagnosed with lower back spinal nerve damage. I'm one out of a million people to survive electricity. Since that night, I've been going through it from PTSD, anxiety, and more. Being a good Samaritan doesn't always come with help. I've been dealing with kidney and liver problems. Now, I'm taking meds for high blood pressure and more. Life has been hard, not being able to be active in my kids' lives really hurts me.
