Help Rico get knee surgery
Donation protected
Hi everyone, Steve and I are fundraising for our dog Rico. He has a torn ligament in his knee and sadly needs surgery. After already spending over $1,000 on his vet bills this week trying to figure out what’s wrong we’re asking for any help that is available to us to help our boy walk again.
If any of you have met Reeky you know him as a big, kind boy. He's either sniffing your bag or bringing you a toy anytime he sees you.
Will bully you for your water bottles and give you the sweetest begging dog eyes for your wawa hoagie. As you all know Rico is a big boy. He's 85 pounds and having only one leg right now is leaving him not able to move close to at all. Steve and I have been sleeping with him on the living room floor because he can’t go up the stairs in our house… he’s family. We all stick together.
Sadly this surgery is really his only chance at walking again. Ligament surgery is going to be anywhere from $3,500 to $4,000 and with Steve and I just having a newborn that’s close to impossible.
If any of you have anything extra to help our boy and our family we would appreciate it more than you’d know. This dog is our life.
