My name is Ricardo Allen, but you can call me Ricky.

I am asking for your assistance, so that I can continue to live and enjoy life and watch my amazing daughter grow into a beautiful human  being.

 

I am 48 years old from the twin Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, in the West Indies.

If you know anything about my country, it is most likely that we have the greatest Carnival on the planet, and that Trinis love to party or as we say Fete!

I am a devoted husband and father of a beautiful 10 year old daughter, who I love more than life itself.

She is very creative and loves life, she is after all my child.

I have dreams of seeing her grow up....

 

Recently, I have been diagnosed with a 90% blockage in my left aorta artery.

This is after having 2 stents inserted in 2018, and despite being on medication to control my cholesterol.

I have been dieting and exercising as requested and yet still this blockage developed.

Apparently my body produces excessive amounts of Cholesterol.

 

Based on the fact that this artery is the main artery that supplies blood to the heart, another stent would be extremely high risk, as they will have to block the artery to insert it.

Similarly, the procedure known as Rotor Ablation, where they cut away the blockage, is also high risk as it also involves blocking the artery.

 

So the only other option is Open Heart Bypass Surgery.

My doctors tell me that this is also high risk, but it is the safest of the operations.

 

The cost of this surgery is approximately $200,000. in my country, which is equivalent  to just about $30,000. US$.
