Almost 2 months ago, I herniated my C7 disc in my neck. I have already been through physical therapy to no avail, and I am in need of surgery. This has been the most excruciating process I have ever been through. Sleep hasn't come because of the pain.

The surgery is estimated to cost over 20,000 dollars, and I need help.
