Rick is my sassy, loving brother who has always brought laughter and warmth to our family. He has a special bond with his two pugs, Lilly and Daisy, who never leave his side. Since being diagnosed with terminal AML leukemia in December, Rick has bravely faced months of treatment. Unfortunately, his cancer has become terminal and the doctors have given us a timeline of 4-8 weeks. This news on top of financial strain has become overwhelming, and our family is still reeling from the loss of our sister Connie just a year ago.

We are now working to safely transfer Rick from Houston, Texas to Midland, Texas, where he can spend his remaining time in hospice care surrounded by those who love him most. The funds raised will help cover the costs of his transfer, hospice care, and any additional medical expenses that arise. Our goal is to give Rick the comfort and dignity he deserves, allowing him to be at home with family and his beloved pugs, where he feels most at peace.
