My life has changed dramatically over the past few years. In the last four years, I have been rear-ended three times, resulting in back and neck injuries, a torn rotator cuff, and two meniscus tears. These injuries have left me unable to work, and I now receive 41 Botox shots in my head every three months to help manage severe headaches.

Recently, I faced another major setback when I was hospitalized for 30 days, spending the first 15 days in the ICU. After that, I was transferred to an occupational rehab facility for 37 days, and I am still continuing my recovery at home. Sutter Home Care nurses visit me twice a week, and I receive physical and occupational therapy once a week. The medical bills and living expenses have become overwhelming, and I am reaching out for help so I can focus on healing and regaining my independence.
