#BELLSTRONG
As most of you know Rick was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Throat Cancer. One week prior to his diagnosis he suffered a heart attack, had a stent placed, spent 3 days in the hospital and started cardio rehab. Since the diagnosis of his cancer he has had to endure many medical tests including a CT, PET scan, PICC line placement for chemo and bi-weekly labs. Rick’s treatment will consist of 35 radiation treatments, chemotherapy, numerous medications and continuous doctor’s appointments. Rick is extremely tough and can handle a lot, as you all know, however radiation and chemotherapy are exhausting and Rick has added high protein powder/shakes and soft/puréed foods for nutrition which can be expensive. Rick’s treatment will not end once the chemo and radiation are completed. Rick will have to continue to have monthly CT scans and a PET Scan every 3 months. Through all of this Angie has been right there alongside Rick. She is working 2 jobs as well as helping with Rick’s care. They are such strong people These two amazing people who battled and beat cancer before with Angie’s breast cancer are warriors and will get through this but this is not a battle they should have to fight alone. Please help Angie and Rick in any way you can. Prayers are also greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!
