Our beloved brother, Rick Hoyt, was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer. In true Rick fashion, he’s facing this battle with faith, strength, and his trademark sense of humor.

Rick has been referred to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, one of the nation's top cancer hospitals. He met with his oncologist last week and was preparing for an important procedure when he unexpectedly suffered a stroke at home.

As you can imagine, the road ahead will be long and challenging, both emotionally and financially. Between medical treatments, rehabilitation, and travel to and from New York, the expenses are significant and not fully covered by insurance.
