Help LT. Bator Fight Kidney Disease
Donation protected
A local law enforcement officer is in need of your help. Lieutenant Rick Bator suddenly and recently discovered that he was in end stage renal failure. On a Friday morning we rushed to Lawnwood Medical Center in Ft. Pierce to have an emergency port put in so he could starts dialysis immediately. At the same time they did surgery for a AV Fistula so he would receive dialysis there once it was healed. As for now his port is doing the job and we still continue the search for a donor hospital to help us further this process.
Rick has served for the State of Florid for nearly 15 years. Starting in North Florida, working his way to Martin County and Okeechobee. He is working on returning to work as soon as he can. But for now we have to wait and see what’s going on.
Rick is a genuine soul and would give anyone the shirt off of his back. it’s time to give back to him now that he is in need. The bills are already coming in and the travel he will be doing to and from Shands in Ocala from Okeechobee will be tedious and expensive. So please consider helping someone who has served our community and state for 15 years.
Please help us get the word out. We thank you for all of your support.
