Help Rick Sutton aka Bald Mike Battle Stage 4 Thyroid Cancer

Please help Rick in his battle against stage 4 Anaplastic thyroid cancer. This is my dear friend Rick who's a hard working over the road truck driver he was recently totally blind sided with a diagnosis of Stage 4 ANAPLASTIC THYROID CANCER which is the most aggressive thyroid cancer you can have. He has no health insurance so he's self pay for everything, surgeries, hospital stays, meds, etc... because of the aggressive nature of this rare form of cancer time is of the essence. He has taken a medical leave from trucking to fight this so please help him if you can and share this with as many people as possible.
