My name is Shawnna, and I’m raising money for my dad, Rick.

He has spent over 25 years as a paramedic, rushing to help other families in their worst moments. He has been the first to show up when someone needed saving… and now he is the one who needs help.

Over the past year, my dad has gone through a horrible jaw cancer surgery. He’s fought through pain, recovery, and uncertainty with incredible strength. But while he was still healing from his last surgery, the hospital where he worked let him go.

He lost his job while fighting for his life.

Now he’s home, recovering, with no paycheck—just stacks of medical bills, regular household bills, and the stress of trying to heal while wondering how to keep the lights on.
