This is for my parents, Rick and Candy Bisenius, from Emmetsburg, IA.

While my parents were having lunch today they were surprised to notice that their yard was filling with water. That little bit of water turned into more than they could handle. As the water rose today, the community of Emmetsburg showed up for my family. People came in waves to help save as much of my parent’s belongings as we could. The outpouring of support and love from the community was amazing to see. Complete strangers stopped to help. Thank you all, so much.

My parents are so appreciative to those that came to help today and to those who continue to send their prayers. Their property is completely underwater. Their entire life was in this home and now it will be no more. So many have reached out asking to help in any way, so I thought this may help make it easier. Nothing is expected, but every little bit helps while they try to get back on their feet.
