Richie was more than just a friend to me—he was like a big brother. Our families have always been closely connected, and I know his wife and two daughters back home in Ghana. Losing Richie so suddenly has left a deep void in our lives, and it’s been especially hard knowing his family is so far away during this difficult time.

After several days of unanswered calls, we found Richie had passed away in his apartment. The shock and sadness have been overwhelming for everyone who knew him. Richie is survived by his loving wife and two daughters, who are still in Ghana. They are now facing not only the pain of losing a husband and father, but also the challenge of saying goodbye from thousands of miles away.
