In 2023, I lost my dad, and after his passing, I bought the house from his estate to keep a piece of him close to me. At the beginning of 2025, my health took a sudden and serious turn. I began experiencing many health issues, and my condition declined so much that I had to go on long term disability from my job. Since then, I have faced countless medical tests, procedures, medication changes, and mounting medical expenses. The financial strain has made it impossible for me to keep up with my mortgage payments, and I am now at risk of losing my home.
