Tragic loss of Richard Saville

My name is Lisa and I’m raising funds for my best friend Sarah Porter and her family following the very sudden and tragic death of her partner of 21 years, Richard Saville.

You may recall the recent media reports, where a man was found with fatal injuries in the early hours of Wednesday the 11th October, in Acomb. Sadly this turned out to be Rich.

That Wednesday life changed for the Family forever.

Rich had been playing darts with his mates and was walking home in the early hours of Wednesday, except he never made it back home to his beautiful family. He tripped and fell, banging his head so hard he suffered a fatal bleed on the brain. He passed away in hospital two days later but not before Sarah and the brave family agreed to donate his organs so that others could live on. All of his children have had their precious father taken away from them and everyone is struggling to process the enormity of it all.

Financially the problems are enormous -You never think it will happen to to you, do you? And because they were not actually married Sarah has no access to anything but she still has a funeral to pay for and all the bills to settle.!

Sarah’s friends and family are rallying round to help with with urgent costs but it would really help if Sarah has a small fund to help pay for the funeral and bills and get her thorough the worst days .
