My name is Richard Fandrich , my wife and boys have spent the last few years building an off-grid life rooted in hard work, independence, and sustainability. We live debt-free, off the grid, and have built everything with our own hands—from the solar-powered cabin we call home, to the workshop and tools that kept us going.

Recently, a fire tore through our property, destroying our solar system cabin, Richard’s work tools, our son lost everything in his room and much of what we have worked so hard to build.

While we are grateful to be safe, the loss is overwhelming. Our power system is gone. Richard’s tools—collected over years—are ash. Evan lost everything- clothing, computer, gaming system, all his homeschool stuff- entire baseball gear (dreams to play college ball)- entire kitchen- entire living room- oldest son lost most items due to smoke and water damage- Ashley’s lost his Real Estate work items- And the cabin that kept us warm, dry, and self-reliant is unlivable.

we are not the type who asks for help easily.

Richard always believed in doing it himself. But this time, we need your help to rebuild.

We are raising funds to:

• Replace essential tools (carpentry, electrical, and off-grid equipment)

• Rebuild cabin structure

• Restore solar power system (panels, batteries, inverter, etc.)

• Cover material and safety costs during cleanup and reconstruction
