Help Richard Mullins Finish His Roof

My name is Richard Mullins. I am a Korean War veteran who was enlisted in the U.S. Army from 1952-1963. I spent time above the 38th parallel with the 101st Airborne.

I'm here to request some help in finishing my home's roof. My wife and I have been taken advantage of by local contractors who took a check on deposit and never returned to do the work. Our life's savings are dwindling. Both my wife's health and mine are also. We need to finish this roof for our home's security. We've been to the police and D.A. with no results. So, I've asked a dear friend, a Marine veteran, to help us complete this project. We have had a new contractor provide us with an estimate to complete the work for $6,000.
