Richard is a 100% disabled Veteran, service connected with a brain injury, frontal lobe disorder, PTSD, diseased SI joint, tinnitus, and is believed to have CTE.  He has had increased symptoms lately and has not been well for a few months.  We are seeing no progress with treatment in regards to his brain injury with the VA.

We are looking to get him to the Amen Clinic so that he can have a comprehensive brain exam and treatment path.  He was diagnosed in 2010 with mTBI at the Bamberg TBI Clinic while he was active duty.  To date there has been little to no progress on treatment given by the VA.  This center has come highly recommended by several people and we are hoping for our family that Richard can be properly diagnosed and treated.  The VA does not pay for any of this treatment or travel nor does our civilian insurance through Aetna.

Integrated Evaluation with Lab - $3840 (current appointment is a three day evaluation from 23 - 25 May)

Accommodations from 22 May - 26 May - $600
