My brother Richard has worked incredibly hard to turn his life around. Through recovery, he has found a life worth living and become someone you can count on—a man who is reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about doing good. He faced his past, accepted the consequences, and transformed into a positive force in our family and community. Now, Richard is facing a tough legal situation that threatens to undo the progress he has made. He needs a lawyer to help him through this challenging time, and we are reaching out for support to ensure he can continue on his path of recovery and hope. These charges are so old they should be dismissed, Richard has almost completed his final steps of consequences from his past (probation) and now they dig up one last charge from 2018.
