My name is Richard, and I’m reaching out during an incredibly difficult and emotional time.

My family recently experienced a death, and being there for one another right now means everything. Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to travel to be with them because I’m facing an urgent housing situation here at home.

Due to a temporary financial strain caused by unexpected expenses and delayed income, I am at risk of eviction. This has placed me in a painful position—trying to keep a roof over my head while also wanting to be present for my family during their time of grief.

I have always taken pride in being responsible and self-sufficient, and asking for help does not come easily. However, this is a short-term crisis, and I’m seeking support to stabilize my housing, cover essential expenses, and gain the breathing room needed to move forward.
