Help Rich & Alice Rebuild After Fire

Donation protected
Rich and Alice Osborne have been my neighbors and family friends for the past 28 years. We attend the same church, and over the years, they have become an important part of my family's life. Rich has always been there to help, plowing my garden each year with his tractor, while Alice supported us during our homeschooling journey by teaching our kids English. About 20 years ago, I hired Alice to write articles for my Cook'n Newsletter, and since then, she has written four articles every week, sharing her wisdom, recipes, and tips with our community.

On November 16, tragedy struck when a massive fire broke out at the warehouses where Rich and Alice stored their most treasured possessions. In just a few hours, they lost five lovingly restored vintage tractors, several classic cars, specialty tools, and Alice's own restored 1955 Westerner travel trailer. These were not just vehicles and equipment—they represented 25 years of Rich's life's work and countless memories for both of them. The fire was so intense the blaze could be seen from their home...15 miles away, and nothing was salvageable. Sadly, none of these items were insured, making the loss even more devastating. The annual tradition of entering their tractors in the Alpine Days parade, a highlight for our community, is now just a memory.

The funds raised will help Rich and Alice replace the tools and vehicles lost in the fire, allowing Rich to continue his restoration projects and helping them rebuild after this heartbreaking event. Alice has poured her heart and soul into the newsletter articles she writes each week, sharing delicious recipes and helpful tips that have made a difference in so many lives. Now, we have the chance to give back and support Rich and Alice in their time of need. Your kindness and generosity will mean the world to them as they work to recover from this unimaginable loss.
