My name is Ricardo. On October 18, 2025, my family was involved in a life-changing car accident. On our way to a family gathering, we were struck by another vehicle. My car rolled over multiple times, resulting in everyone in the car being injured. People driving by had to help us escape and provided care while paramedics arrived. We were rushed to St. Charles in Bend.

When we arrived, we were treated for our injuries. My two kids had spinal injuries, and I had a wrist fracture. Due to my injury, I will be away from work for a month. My wife is currently also out of work because she is providing care for the three of us.
