- My name is Natalie, and I’m reaching out for help for my fiancé David. (Davee) He resently was diagnosed with having kidney failure and heart failure. We now have to go to dialysis three times a week . we drive to Taylorsville on those days. since I lost my job because I have to take care of him and our family, I'm unable to pay for gas . We are having to deal with Brain Cancer as well!
