Help Ricardo & Clarissa Rebuild After Apartment Fire

On September 30, 2025, Ricardo and Clarissa Medina’s apartment in La Mesa, CA was devastated by a fire. While thankfully everyone made it out safely, they lost nearly everything in their kitchen and living room, and their home is no longer livable.

Ricardo and Clarissa are the proud parents of two amazing kids—Ricardo (14) and Mia (7)—and they are joyfully expecting a baby boy this November. Instead of being able to focus on preparing for the new baby, they are now faced with the overwhelming challenge of starting over—finding a new home, replacing furniture, appliances, and all the essentials a growing family needs.

Ricardo and Clarissa both work hard to provide for their family, but the cost of moving, furnishing a new place, and preparing for the arrival of their newborn is a lot to handle and could use our help.

We’re raising money to help cover:

    •    A safe new home for the family

    •    Replacing essential furniture and appliances lost in the fire

    •    Baby supplies and necessities for their son arriving in November
