El 24 de octubre de 2025, nuestra querida Ricarda fue atropellada mientras caminaba en el centro de El Paso, Texas. Fue trasladada al hospital, donde se sometió a dos cirugías cerebrales de emergencia y permaneció varios días con soporte vital. Lamentablemente, el 1 de noviembre de 2025, falleció a causa del accidente.

Ricarda vivía en Ciudad Juárez, México, y ese día solo había cruzado a El Paso para hacer compras. Era una mujer bondadosa, humilde y amorosa, una madre, hermana y tía muy querida.

Su familia enfrenta ahora grandes dificultades económicas para cubrir los gastos de los servicios funerarios y traslado de su cuerpo a Juárez. Aunque existe una investigación sobre el conductor, esos procesos toman tiempo, pero los gastos deben pagarse de inmediato.

On October 24, 2025, Ricarda was struck by a vehicle while walking in downtown El Paso, Texas. She was rushed to the hospital, where she underwent two emergency brain surgeries and remained on life support for several days. Sadly, on November 1, 2025, she passed away.

Ricarda lived in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, and had only come shopping to El Paso that morning . She was a kind, humble, and loving woman — a devoted mother, sister, and aunt who always cared for others.

Because her family lives in Juárez, they are facing great financial hardship. They must now pay to release her body from the hospital, cover funeral expenses, and transport her home to Juárez for burial. Although there is an investigation into the driver, those legal processes take time — but the funeral costs must be paid immediately.
