Rhys John Stygal is a young inspirational guitarist with autism from London, England, whose passion for the blues has already inspired many. I first connected with Rhys online after he saw a photograph I'd taken of Stevie Ray Vaughan, one of his biggest influences. Over the past six years, Rhys has dedicated himself to the guitar, developing a unique style that has made him a phenomenon among those who know and love him. Guitar is not just a hobby; it’s a vital part of his life and a powerful means of self-expression... As he says it rescued him from his darkest days!
Recently, while visiting Austin, Texas, Rhys faced a heartbreaking setback: his beloved guitar and effect pedals were stolen. These instruments are more than just equipment—they are extensions of his creativity and the essential tools that have been part of his growth as a musician. This loss has been devastating, not only because of the financial value but because of the emotional connection Rhys has to his equipment.
I am reaching out to the community for help. The funds raised will be used as a reward for the return of Rhys’s stolen property and to help replace the equipment that was taken. Your support can help restore hope and ensure that Rhys can continue to inspire others with his playing. Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help Rhys get his tools home and in proper hands!.... Thank you in advance for the love!
